Job summary

Makeshift Partners is seeking a remote project manager to drive the production and delivery of brand activation projects across Roblox, Fortnite Minecraft and GTA. You’ll be the primary day-to-day contact for UGC studios and coordinate with native-platform developers.

You will wrangle developers, own reporting and analytics, and ensure brand safety and IP compliance. The role also involves supporting deal flow, building pitch materials, and scoping new projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production, project management, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of Roblox, Fortnite Creative/UEFN, or Minecraft.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects.
• Self-directed and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Run projects end-to-end across multiple brand activations.
• Wrangle developers and coordinate with external UGC studios.
• Own reporting and analytics; surface performance insights.
• Protect quality and brand safety; ensure IP guidelines are met.
• Support deal flow; build pitch materials and scope projects.
