Job summary

Makeshift Partners seeks a senior production leader to drive brand activations in the UGC gaming space, from kickoff to live-ops. You’ll be the primary day-to-day contact for UGC studios, ensuring timelines, quality, and brand/IP guidelines are met across Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft, and GTA.

The role demands strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and experience managing multiple concurrent projects with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production, project management, or account management.
• Strong understanding of at least one major UGC platform.
• Exceptional communication skills and highly organized.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, small-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Run projects end-to-end across multiple activations on Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft, and GTA.
• Wrangle external UGC studios and coordinate delivery.
• Translate developer concerns into client calls and manage expectations.
• Lead internal and partner teams to elevate long-term collaboration.
• Own reporting: track KPIs, compile insights for clients.
• Ensure brand safety and IP guidelines are followed throughout development.
• Support deal flow with pitches and scoping for new projects.
