Realityjam is seeking a skilled Game Development Trainer to remotely coach aspiring game developers and technical artists through our Industry Access Program. The role centers on delivering practical, production-backed training using Unity and Blender, with content aligned to a dynamic curriculum.

The position is freelance, remote, and requires a professional with industry experience who can structure engaging, real-world learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering structured training to game developers or artists.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for learners of varying levels.
• Excellent self-management in a remote, asynchronous setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one structured training day per week (≈8 hours) covering technical art and 3D modelling workflows.
• Create and deliver content using Realityjam's bespoke learning environment and remote delivery.
• Lead live, remote sessions grounded in production pipelines and assess learner exercises and milestones.
• Adapt sessions to different learner backgrounds across multiple programme pathways.
