Joyteractive Limited is a leading mobile game developer and publisher known for Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle. We seek a skilled recruiter to run the full hiring cycle across engineering, QA, art, UI/UX, marketing and admin roles, with remote work options in the United States.

You will proactively source candidates, assess competencies, and help build a strong team for a 70+ person studio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment, including 1+ year in-house at a game development company.
• Experience hiring for multiple functions and strong sourcing skills with an established game dev network.
• Ability to assess candidates by competencies, identify risks, and evaluate team fit.

Responsibilities

• Run the full hiring cycle for vacancies, from intake briefing to candidate offer acceptance.
• Work on 5+ vacancies at a time across engineering, QA, art, UI/UX, marketing, and admin roles.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, paid sourcing tools, and the game dev community.
