Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• 2–4 years accounting experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries and maintain general ledger.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate with auditors during year-end audit and provide schedules.
• Assist in variance analysis and internal financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
