BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. This fully remote position may transition to hybrid as regulations evolve. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in relevant field.
• Eligibility for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure or current licensure preferred.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
