Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to families in Georgia. This fully remote position may transition to hybrid as regulations evolve.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
