Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across Georgia. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, no minimum caseload, and the possibility of future hybrid work as regulations evolve.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to support meaningful progress. Training and ongoing CEUs are provided.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure or currently licensed.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
