Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. This fully remote role may transition to a hybrid model with changing state requirements.

Qualifications

• Georgia licensure required or eligible.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with ABA for autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals; maintain accurate documentation.

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or eligibility)

Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
