Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position, with potential transition to a hybrid model as regulations evolve.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress. The role offers flexible hours with no minimum caseload and strong professional development opportunities, CEUs, and ongoing

Qualifications

Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
Requires eligibility for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
Strong collaboration and communication skills with caregivers and teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
