Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in GA.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant law firm experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy, diversified caseload of clients in GA.
• Communicate with clients regarding their matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, review and draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.
• Conduct legal research related to contract law and consumer law.
