Job summary

Service Corporation International (SCI) in San Antonio, TX, seeks a dynamic sales associate to drive revenue through presenting at-need cemetery and pre-need services to families. You will develop relationships in the community, qualify leads from marketing, and schedule sales appointments while ensuring service excellence.

You will self-initiate leads, follow up with referrals, and manage CRM activities, often requiring evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law (company supports licensing).
• Current state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Sales experience preferred; CRM systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota by presenting services and products to consumers.
• Guide families through cemetery/crematory options and discuss pre-need arrangements.
• Follow company processes to complete contracts and address family questions.
