Movement Labs is seeking a Senior Fundraising Systems Manager to design and build the donor data ecosystem, automate workflows with AI, and stand up new tools in a lean, fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes hands-on system construction and cross‑functional collaboration with fundraising staff.

Ideal candidates have strong experience building custom data/CRM architectures, deep AI tool knowledge, and the ability to translate fundraising needs into scalable tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Build your own data/CRM systems from scratch, not just administer an existing CRM.
• Depth with AI tools (Claude or similar) and connectors as a builder, not only a user.
• Generalist, hands-on orientation working with messy data and systems.

Responsibilities

• Systems Strategy & Architecture: own donor data roadmap and tool evaluation.
• AI‑Powered Workflow Automation: build Claude-powered automations for fundraising tasks.
• Hands‑On Build & Implementation: actually build data tools and workflows for the team.
• Cross‑Team Enablement & Technical Partnership: document systems and train the team.
