Best Christmas Ever is seeking a remote Fundraising Recruiter to recruit and onboard BCE Captains, growing our donor and volunteer base to bring Christmas joy to families in need. You’ll lead outreach, training, and ongoing support while collaborating with local communities.

This contract, 6–7 months, requires 2+ years in recruiting or donor recruitment, strong communication, and evening/weekend availability for events.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a Recruiter, MLM, Network Marketing Partner, or in Volunteer/Donor Recruitment.
• Strong integrity, values-driven approach, and passion for giving back.
• Remote, contract-based opportunity (6–7 months); valid driver's license; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and onboarding of BCE Captains to grow donor and volunteer base.
• Train, support, and motivate donors; serve as primary contact for questions and issues.
• Track progress, meet milestones, and collaborate to improve recruitment systems.
