Best Christmas Ever is seeking a Fundraising Recruiter to identify, recruit, onboard, and support BCE Captains who lead Christmas experiences for families in need. This remote contract-based role offers growth as the BCE organization expands nationally, with potential to oversee recruitment across the entire BCE organization.

The position emphasizes relationship-building with donors and community leaders, onboarding and training of new donors, and driving recruitment timelines and improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Recruiter, MLM, Network Marketing Partner, or in Volunteer / Donor Recruitment.
• Experience in building community and leading with passion is valued though BCE is not a sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor and volunteer recruitment to expand local and regional impact.
• Onboard and train BCE Captains and provide ongoing guidance and motivation.
• Track milestones and use internal systems to improve recruitment processes.
