Best Christmas Ever is seeking a remote Fundraising Recruiter to expand our BCE Captain network and support the mission of bringing Christmas to families in need. This six-to-seven-month, 1099 role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and coaching BCE Captains who drive donor and volunteer engagement in local communities.

You will lead outreach via calls, meetings, social media, and events, while ensuring timelines and milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiter, MLM, or volunteer/donor recruitment experience.
• Strong integrity, values-driven, and clear communication.
• Remote, contract-based; able to travel up to 20% for events; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and recruit donors/volunteers; build relationships to grow local/regional impact.
• Onboard/train donors; provide ongoing guidance and support during the season.
