Best Christmas Ever is seeking a fundraising recruiter to expand our BCE Captain network and recruit donors and volunteers in the Orlando, FL area. This remote, contract-based role focuses on onboarding and supporting community leaders who run Christmas experiences for families in need.

You will recruit, train, and motivate donors, collaborate with internal teams, and help drive timelines across campaigns during the BCE season. Remote work, some local events, and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience as a Recruiter, MLM/Network Marketing Partner, or in Volunteer/Donor Recruitment.
• Not a sales organization, but a movement built on personal connections and impact.
• Remote, contract-based opportunity (6–7 months) with potential evolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BCE Captain recruitment and onboarding process.
• Train, support, and guide donors, serving as primary contact for questions and issue resolution.
• Track milestones and donor engagement using internal systems; coordinate with teams for improved recruitment strategies.
