Placements24 is seeking a Remote Fundraising Specialist for an international non‑profit focused on humanitarian aid and development. In this role you will identify funding opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and cultivate donor relationships to secure grants and gifts.

This fully remote position requires excellent writing, research, and project management, plus experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Raiser's Edge.

Formación

• Proven fundraising, grant writing, or development experience.
• Success securing funding from diverse sources.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication with persuasive storytelling.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Experience with fundraising databases and CRMs (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
• Interest in humanitarian causes and international development.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Research and identify potential funding sources, including corporate sponsorships, foundations, and major individual donors.
• Develop, write, and edit high-quality grant proposals, funding requests, and donor reports.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and prospective donors, providing excellent stewardship.
• Organize and execute virtual fundraising campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with program staff to gather information and data for funding proposals.
• Track fundraising progress and maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.
• Stay informed about trends in philanthropy and fundraising best practices.
• Analyze fundraising data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all donor requirements and reporting guidelines.
• Contribute to the overall development and implementation of the organization\'s fundraising strategy.
