Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required and at least 3 years of nonprofit development experience emerged in the advertisement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for donor relations and storytelling.
  • Experience managing development operations, from CRM to gift processing and budget monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Devise and update development strategy with the ED to align with organizational goals.
  • Cultivate donor development and manage prospects to hit revenue targets and run moves management.
  • Oversee development operations, data integrity, and weekly gift processing and acknowledgements.
  • Lead donor stewardship initiatives and develop engaging donor communications.
  • Develop and share fundraising messaging; adapt materials for different donor interests.
  • Manage fundraising components of events including sponsorship collateral and gala coordination.
  • Coordinate grants with the grant writer and maintain a robust prospect pipeline.
