Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop comprehensive communications plans for fundraising initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of communications professionals.
• Partner with senior executives to ensure consistent messaging.
• Utilize storytelling strategies to support fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with national and regional marketing teams to develop campaigns.
• Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Create and oversee content including talking points, press releases, social posts, newsletters, FAQs, and sheets.
• Serve as the lead for external communications and public relations activities.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners and ensure compliance with standards.
