• Collaborate with national and regional marketing teams on campaigns.
• Manage complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Create and oversee communications content: talking points, press releases, social media posts, newsletters, FAQs, product information sheets, etc.
• Lead external communications and public relations activities.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with ARC communications standards.
• Develop content for RedCross.org, The Exchange, and social media.
• Support visibility and fundraising success through strategic communications.
