Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a stable work history.
• Dedicated wired internet connection.
• Quiet place to work at home free from interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to a team handling multiple clients.
• Call for 4-8 different clients per day using predictive dialing.
• Maintain 16-24 completed calls per hour with brief intervals.
• Engage donors with a positive, scripted approach approved by clients.
• Secure financial gifts on behalf of clients.
• Meet minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
