Job summary

Stone Coast Fund Services Ltd. is seeking a fund accountant with 3+ years of hedge fund accounting experience to serve as a primary liaison with fund managers and service providers.

The role involves preparing NAV reviews, investor statements, and board materials, with remote work flexibility and opportunities for promotion. Candidates should be proficient in Advent Geneva World Investor and MS Office, including advanced Excel, and hold a four-year degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of fund accounting experience for hedge funds.

Responsibilities

• Allocate P&L to investors including calculating management and performance fees.
• Process and record fund expense payments and ensure timely cash wire requests.
• Generate and deliver fund and investor reports to fund managers and investors.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, financial statements and regulatory requests.
• Communicate with internal and external entities to ensure service levels; review NAV and statements.
• Mentor, train, and support fund accountants.
• Ensure fund accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time.
