Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking an experienced Corporate Trust Operations Specialist to support day-to-day client service activities, monitoring receivables, journal postings, cash reconciliations, and fund position tracking. You will collaborate with management and technical staff to identify business solutions for process and system improvements.

The role involves handling institutional trust accounts, cash application, collateral reconciliation, and ensuring system setup and testing align with compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with finance focus or equivalent experience.
• Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) or Corporate Trust Master Certification (CTMC).
• 4+ years of experience in broadly syndicated and/or private credit loan markets, or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing, fees, transaction closing, and cash/investment processing.
• Perform daily cash application and collateral position reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate setup and delegation of issues on systems and respond to compliance exceptions.
