Job summary

Kayzen seeks a coding-first Fullstack Team Lead to steer the Fullstack squad responsible for the self-serve dashboard, real-time reporting, and internal tools. You will translate complex product requirements into high-performance UIs while guiding the team through AI-assisted development and rapid sprints.

You will mentor engineers, own technical strategy, collaborate with product and design, and drive architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Fullstack development experience, with modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Deep expertise in at least one JS framework (React/Angular/Vue) and its ecosystem.
• Strong HTML5/CSS3, responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Fullstack engineers, fostering quality and ownership.
• Hands-on contribution: writing production code, code reviews, setting standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA and Backend to deliver cohesive features.
• Define and drive Fullstack architecture, roadmap and strategy.
