CloudPSO is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Technical Lead to own engineering execution for a client building operational software for alternative investment managers. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, partnering with the client founder on product priorities while CloudPSO manages staffing and delivery.

The ideal candidate will oversee architecture, feature delivery, secure APIs, and SOC 2 readiness, while mentoring a small team and ensuring high quality across

Competenze

• Senior-level ownership of production B2B software.
• Strong frontend and backend development skills.
• Expert PostgreSQL/SQL, including schema design and migrations.
• Experience building APIs and scheduled jobs.
• Security-conscious with authentication/authorization.
• Experience with testing, Git and CI/CD.
• Ability to lead a small team while coding.

Mansioni

• Own technical implementation, architecture decisions, code quality and release readiness.
• Build features, resolve defects and review other engineers' work.
• Maintain configurable workflows and a metadata-driven PostgreSQL data model.
• Preserve data integrity, version history, effective dates and auditability.
• Develop secure APIs and enforce server-side authorization.
• Support integrations involving APIs, SFTP, email, object storage and uploaded files.
• Work with DevOps to standardize installations, upgrades, migrations and recovery.
• Establish automated testing and document technical decisions.
• Support security reviews, vulnerability remediation and SOC 2 readiness.
• Translate business priorities into engineering work and communicate risks.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate technical delivery.
