Job summary

CloudPSO is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to develop and support an operating platform for alternative investment managers. You will work alongside a Technical Lead to build features, improve reliability and support customer deployments.

The platform includes interfaces, data ingestion, normalization, scheduling, calculations and reporting with isolated PostgreSQL databases for each client. We value engineers who can independently investigate problems, deliver maintainable code and

Qualifications

• Independently deliver production full-stack features.
• Strong backend and frontend development capabilities.
• Strong PostgreSQL and SQL fundamentals.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and external integrations.
• Experience with background processing and scheduled tasks.
• Secure development, authentication and authorization knowledge.
• Automated testing and Git/CI-CD practices.
• Excellent debugging across applications, databases and integrations.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to take ownership within a small delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend features, backend services and APIs.
• Build data ingestion workflows using APIs, SFTP, object storage and uploads.
• Implement data validation, normalization and error reporting.
• Maintain scheduled jobs with retries, time zones and calendars.
• Write and optimize SQL; manage migrations.
• Preserve versioned records, historical snapshots and audit trails.
• Implement server-side access controls and secure data handling.
• Create unit and integration tests for critical workflows.
• Investigate issues and document causes and fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, releases and technical docs.
• Coordinate with Tech Lead and DevOps on installs and upgrades.
