Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to design, build, and enhance member-facing and internal applications. You’ll develop scalable solutions, APIs, and data-driven platforms while collaborating with product owners and engineers to deliver value.

The role involves modernizing digital experiences, adopting AI-assisted practices, and contributing to technical direction. Remote or hybrid work is available for eligible locations, with occasional in-person HQ

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience designing software and writing production code in a team environment.
• Experience delivering highly scalable solutions across multiple programming languages and technical environments.
• Strong REACT development experience.
• Experience building and supporting APIs in Java and/or .NET environments.
• Strong database experience, including SQL and working with data-driven applications.
• Experience with cloud technologies, .NET, C#, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and SQL.
• Experience building cloud-native applications in one or more major cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Azure DevOps Services, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), including unit testing practices and tools.
• Experience using Git, including code reviews, pull requests, and branching strategies such as Git Flow or Trunk-Based Development.
• Understanding of relational and non-relational data modeling and data analysis.
• Demonstrated commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Contribute to technical direction and engineering best practices.
• Support team success by helping meet goals and delivering value.
