Boeing Employees Credit Union is hiring a Sr. AI Software Engineer to bring advanced AI capabilities into enterprise applications. You will design, implement, and optimize AI-enabled features, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a team environment.

Responsibilities include integrating AI/ML services, guiding architecture decisions, and mentoring junior staff while aligning with enterprise standards and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of software design and production code experience.
• Proficiency with Node.js, TS/React, Python and AI/ML service integration.
• Experience with SQL and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) for AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered features and services with AI/ML models or APIs.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and promote engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot AI performance, bottlenecks, and data pipeline issues.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers in AI technologies and coding practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new AI capabilities and roadmaps.
• Document AI integration patterns and support continuous learning.
