Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to enhance our digital member experiences. You will design, build, and deploy scalable applications, create APIs and integrations, and help modernize our web platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience designing software and writing production code in a team.
• Experience delivering scalable solutions across multiple programming languages.
• Strong React development experience.
• Experience building and supporting APIs in Java and/or .NET environments.
• Strong database experience including SQL and data-driven apps.
• Experience with cloud technologies and cloud-native apps (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and branching strategies.
• Understanding of relational and non-relational data modeling.
• Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable software for member-facing and internal apps.
• Contribute to website modernization, personalization, and digital experience enhancements.
• Build APIs and integrations powering critical business capabilities.
• Develop data models, scripts, and migrations for scalable apps.
• Analyze requirements and recommend solutions balancing needs and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and leaders in an agile environment.
• Explore AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and quality.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.
