Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our remote-friendly team. You will build scalable member-facing and internal applications, create APIs and integrations, and modernize our digital platforms.

You will work with engineers, product owners, and technical leaders in an Agile environment, applying emerging technologies including AI tools to improve productivity and code quality while delivering secure, reliable digital experiences for our members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years designing software and writing production code in a team environment.
• Experience delivering highly scalable solutions across multiple programming languages and technical environments.
• Strong React development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable software solutions for member-facing and internal applications.
• Contribute to website modernization and personalization features.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations powering critical business capabilities.
• Create data-driven applications with robust data models and migrations.
• Collaborate across teams in an Agile environment to deliver solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and production releases while troubleshooting issues.
• Apply AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and code quality.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve engineering efficiency.
