• Experience debugging production issues and improving code quality and reliability.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews and planning.
• Document engineering work and adapt systems to evolving requirements.
• Familiarity with AI-powered engineering tools to enhance development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the stack by writing clean, maintainable code with focus on reliability, performance, and simplicity.
• Work with frontend (TypeScript, Next.js, React), backend (Node.js, TypeScript), and CMS platforms (WordPress, PHP).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and external teams to develop and execute new features.
• Debug issues, improve code quality, and strengthen system reliability.
• Own deliverables, perform code reviews, and participate in planning sessions.
• Iterate and improve existing systems as business requirements change.
• Utilize approved AI-powered tools to accelerate development and testing.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support for production systems when needed.
