Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack experience building production-grade applications.
• Expert backend and database architecture with Ruby (Rails) and SQL.
• Advanced React architecture and frontend performance optimization.
• Production PostgreSQL at scale with indexing and query tuning.
• DevOps and IaC with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale full-stack services with high performance APIs and React frontends.
• Own PostgreSQL data modeling, migrations, and performance optimizations.
• Modernize infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines; containerization and orchestration.
• Implement zero-trust security and crypto for data at rest/in transit.
• Foster engineering excellence through peer reviews and shift-left design.
• Collaborate across teams to keep field operations unblocked.
