Job summary

iCapitalNetwork is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to work on its software platforms. You will develop features using React and Ruby on Rails, participate in architecture reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $155,000, along with benefits including a matched retirement plan, subsidized healthcare, and unlimited PTO. Work is in-office Monday to Thursday with flexible remote work on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 8+ years software engineering experience building enterprise SaaS cloud-based solutions.
• 5+ years of Ruby on Rails development experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with modern JS frameworks such as React.
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies like K8S, AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop web application in React for the front end and Ruby on Rails for the back end.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical design.
• Mentor junior engineers effectively.
