Job summary

FranklinCovey, the world’s leading leadership and organizational performance partner, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the Platforms team. This remote role supports our global users, delivering scalable software in Python/Django and React/TypeScript.

As a Software Engineer II, you will ship quality code, optimize data models, and collaborate with product, design, data, and content teams to build a modern learning platform. Compensation ranges from $123,000 to $150,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience coding in a production Python/Django environment.
• Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries and designing relational data models.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Ship regularly with testable, readable, and maintainable code.
• Fix bugs and performance problems.
• Understand how data flows through complex systems and work with data models.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity and code quality.
• Design solutions considering scale, security, performance, and privacy.
• Collaborate with Product to provide multiple technical paths for new features.
• Lead code reviews, share learnings, and mentor others.
