Job summary

ICF is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to join our Health Engineering Solutions team, driving enterprise-grade backend and frontend work using React, Node.js, Java, and cloud-native tools.

You will design microservices, implement web apps, collaborate with Product and UX, and participate in Agile delivery while ensuring security, quality, and scalable architectures for CMS-related data processing used by healthcare providers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• 1+ year of professional experience with React and Node.js.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Reside in the U.S. and work legally in the U.S.
• 3 years of U.S. residency in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Design and build microservices and serverless apps in the cloud.
• Implement web application changes using React.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and UX to address diverse user needs.
• Work with architects and engineers to apply development best practices.
• Assist test engineering to ensure product quality.
• Participate in Agile processes and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate applications.
• Design, develop, and document solutions with security in mind.
• Coordinate with DevOps on CI/CD and IaC.
• Translate specs into test designs and automation.
• Perform code reviews and improve coding processes.
