Job summary

Digital Consultants is hiring a remote Full Stack Engineer to maintain, modernize, and evolve two mission-critical systems. You will work across React dashboards, Node.js backends, and legacy .NET services, focusing on authentication hardening, real-time features, and secure integrations.

You will contribute to migrating toward .NET Core, scale SignalR, and support mobile subscription workflows, with a strong emphasis on security and reliability in a public trust environment.

Qualifications

• Public Trust clearance required.
• Strong C# experience with ASP.NET Web API, MVC, and ASMX SOAP services on .NET Framework 4.6.x.
• Experience with modern .NET Core/.NET 6+ for APIs and background services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance a React-based dashboard for login, visibility, geofencing, and admin tooling.
• Support Node.js/Express backend proxy managing session auth, SQL access, geospatial CRUD, file uploads, and service choreography.
• Maintain and extend legacy C#/.NET Framework services including REST APIs and SOAP endpoints.
