Lyric is the trusted leader in healthcare decision intelligence. This Remote US-based Full-Stack Engineer role focuses on production support and end-to-end platform delivery across web applications, APIs, services, integrations, and databases.

The engineer translates incidents into durable code fixes, improves observability, and contributes to platform improvements in a cloud-based environment with HIPAA/HITRUST considerations.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET backend services.
• Frontend development with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework (Angular or React).
• Experience designing, consuming, and troubleshooting RESTful APIs/services/microservices.
• Two+ years working with relational databases and SQL; data validation and basic performance awareness.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues using logs, metrics, and traces; root-cause analysis.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Two+ years in a software engineering environment emphasizing design patterns, testing, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Production Support and Incident Ownership from intake to resolution.
• Full-Stack Platform Engineering across web interfaces, APIs, services, and data layers.
• Reliability improvements through better observability, logging, and automated recovery.
• Security, quality, and compliance with HIPAA/HITRUST expectations.
• Collaboration with product managers, data analysts, and engineers to align solutions with needs.
