Job summary

CapTech Consulting is seeking a Contract Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java) in Richmond, VA. You will work on client projects across the full software development lifecycle, employing Agile methodologies, and delivering API-driven, microservice-based solutions with cloud deployments and modern front-end work.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java programming, including popular open-source libraries and frameworks (Spring Boot).
• API development using REST and/or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with microservice architectures, design patterns, and observability.
• Experience with traditional RDMS and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and serverless (Lambda, Functions).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Bitbucket).
