Job summary

Newpage Solutions is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead design and delivery of scalable web applications. You will work across frontend and backend using React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python, translating evolving requirements into production-ready systems.

Collaboration with designers, product teams and stakeholders is essential. You will mentor peers, review code, and apply AI-assisted development tools to speed prototyping and implementation while maintaining

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Python backend.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with databases and data-driven applications.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other developers.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design and architecture of applications from prototypes through production deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
• Translate evolving business requirements into functional prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Convert validated prototypes into production-ready applications.
• Design and integrate REST APIs, external platforms, third-party services, and enterprise systems.
• Review and optimize existing code, APIs, workflows, and application performance.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Mentor and support other engineers while encouraging strong engineering practices across the team.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and incorporate them into applications where they provide measurable business value.
