• Experience delivering end-to-end software projects, preferably with AI components.
• Ability to work with clients and product leaders to define scope and outcomes.
• Willingness to prototype rapidly and validate ideas with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Sit with business or clinical leaders and reframe ideas into concrete, buildable work.
• Develop a working prototype by the end of the week.
• Partner with product, design, and client stakeholders to ship software.
• Demo live without slide decks and articulate decisions clearly.
• Lead POCs, innovation sprints, and internal AI research experiments.
