Nelnet is seeking a skilled Full-stack Developer to help build the next generation lending platform. You will work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teammates to deliver cloud-native microservices and web applications using modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks.

The role emphasizes design, development, testing, and production releases in an Agile environment with a hybrid work model in the Madison, WI area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years delivering enterprise web apps, 3+ years with ES6/JS/TypeScript.
• 3+ years building single page apps with React/Angular ecosystems.
• Experience developing microservices and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and design to craft strong product experiences.
• Develop and evolve APIs, UI components, and microservices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Participate in design, coding, testing and production releases.
• Support architecture initiatives balancing velocity with customer needs.
