Job summary

CVS Health is recruiting for its Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP), a two-year development track designed to train an automation engineer within a fast-paced IT organization. You will work on full-stack automation across security, cloud, and data domains, gaining hands-on experience and mentoring as you progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python, PowerShell, YAML and data structures.
• Knowledge of algorithms and front-end design principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
• Proficiency with cloud concepts (Azure/AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Understanding of cybersecurity basics and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise regulations.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to adopt new technologies.
• Create and execute test scenarios to validate changes.
• Share knowledge openly with IT colleagues and teams.
• Work within Agile, XP, Kanban delivery frameworks.
• Position is fully remote, preferably East Coast state-based.
• 1+ year in a relevant IT role; 6+ months coding experience.
• Experience with tooling (Python, PowerShell, YAML, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud concepts (Azure, AWS, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
