Qualifikationen

1+ years in a relevant IT role; academic or professional.
6+ months in AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
6+ months of programming/coding experience.

Aufgaben

Support existing applications and development efforts.
Write high-quality code compliant with regulations.
Collaborate with analysts and product owners on priorities.
Analyze and improve efficiency of systems and services.
Monitor industry trends and identify new tech opportunities.
Create and execute test scenarios for new changes.
Share knowledge with IT colleagues.
Troubleshoot issues reported by users.
Use automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins).
Work within Agile, XP, Kanban delivery frameworks.
