Job summary

Diffco is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to join a fast-scaling SaaS team building AI-native software. You’ll speed up AI feature delivery, shape architecture for agentic workflows, and support a company-wide rebrand rollout.

Responsibilities include owning AI-powered features, building pipelines for AI agents, refactoring legacy services for AI readiness, and collaborating across distributed teams to ship design changes for typography, assets, and UI components. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience on SaaS/B2B products
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL
• Experience deploying LLMs in production via prompts, tools, and context management
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) or custom pipelines
• Strong system design and scalable performance
• Bias toward shipping quality work quickly

Responsibilities

• Own AI-powered features from concept to production, focusing on backend and LLM integration
• Build and maintain the plumbing behind AI agents, RAG workflows and API integrations
• Refactor and modernize legacy services to be AI-ready
• Collaborate with product, design and research teams across a distributed organization
• Ship design changes tied to the rebrand — typography, assets and UI components
