ERM is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition Advisor (Temporary) to join our North America Recruiting team. This hands-on role identifies and hires exceptional talent for our environmental consulting organization, with a focus on high-volume and niche roles, in a flexible remote/hybrid setup based in Denver, CO.

You will drive full lifecycle recruitment, coach clients, craft compelling postings, and analyze metrics.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, including high-volume roles.
• Expert in sourcing using internet research, social media, AI tools, and networking.
• Experience recruiting for technical or consulting roles in environmental, engineering, or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building skills; trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and communicate insights clearly.
• Proficient with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and KPI reporting.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred.
