We are hiring our first dedicated recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, and implementations. You’ll learn and run our established interview loops and rubrics, build pipelines through outreach and events, and partner with hiring managers to

Qualifications

• Clear communicator with strong writing skills for JD’s, reports, and offers.
• Genuine interest in people, ability to persuade and advocate.
• Evidence of high-volume output in previous roles.
• Demonstrated ability to learn hard things quickly and apply results.
• Proven track record of top performance or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers.
• Fill pipelines with cold outreach, referrals, and events.
• Partner with hiring managers to define exceptional requirements.
• Help run campus recruiting efforts.
• Track pipeline metrics and report what works or not.
• Protect candidate experience with fast loops and honest closes.
