Job summary

Healthrise seeks a seasoned Full Cycle Biller to manage end-to-end billing for Home Health, Hospice, and SNF claims in a fully remote role across the United States. The candidate will generate, scrub, submit, and follow up on claims with a strong emphasis on cash posting and daily reconciliation.

You will collaborate with intake, coding, and collections teams to ensure clean claims, timely payments, and accurate audit trails.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of full cycle billing and AR experience in post-acute settings (Home Health, Hospice, SNF).
• Direct, hands-on experience with the Vision billing system is required.
• Strong cash posting experience (manual and ERA) and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with PDGM, NOEs/election periods, and SNF consolidated billing rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle billing for Home Health, Hospice, and SNF claims, including submission and follow-up.
• Proactively perform AR aging follow-up and resolve unpaid or underpaid claims.
• Post cash receipts and reconcile with remittance advices and bank deposits.
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with intake, coding, and collections teams; document activity clearly.
