Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Bill.com or similar tools a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear communicator and reliable with client deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping for assigned clients: AP, AR, bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries.
• Balance sheet accounts reconciled and discrepancies researched and resolved.
• Month-end close and management reports.
• Staff review at close and coordination with client manager.
• Direct client communication and documenting processes.
• Assist with invoices, vendor bills, and payroll processing as needed.
