Momentum Works Financial is seeking a full-time Full Charge Bookkeeper to serve a portfolio of automotive clients nationwide. You will manage the complete monthly financial cycle, payroll, and client documentation, delivering accurate statements and insights.

You should have 3+ years of multi-entity bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online proficiency, and a detail-oriented mindset. We offer growth, meaningfully work, and comprehensive benefits with remote-friendly scheduling.

Qualifications

3+ years of multi-entity bookkeeping experience.
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
GAAP and accrual basis accounting knowledge (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted financial partner to your portfolio of automotive industry clients.
Manage the complete monthly financial cycle including reconciliations, transaction entry, and financial statement review.
Process client payroll and maintain accurate payroll records.
Build relationships with clients while collecting necessary documentation.
Identify and resolve financial discrepancies through careful analysis.
